My Mom’s Spine Surgery happened in SPAND Hospital this month and she was treated very well , it was a very nice experience for all of us and the Surgeon Mr FB Singh was very supportive and ensured everything happened in a smooth manner also their coordinator Ms Archana helped us in whatever questions we had and was very much proactive.

They don't deserve even one star. No trained doctors, inexperienced nurces, they don't know what they are doing. Their focus is only to hold you as long as possible. They don't let you see your patient and the attender doctors are also inexperienced and all the time they are chatting and having snacks with nurces in the ICU. I took my father there in the name of Dr. Fb and he is also very unprofessional he admitted the patient and didn't visit them and Dr. Ram doesn't know anything. they are running a shop. They don't give patients proper meals. before admitting my father there he was responding and sitting on his own, but after admitting him they don't let him sit even if he wanted and on the day of his discharge he passed. attender Doctor Vivek gave him an injection in the last minute which he didn't know anything about. their reception staff is also useless, Ms. Archana who is very much interested in gossiping with other staff members.Don't go for a five Star rating, all ratings are given by their staff members. if you care about your friends and families just don't go there.

I was initially happy to see a nearby hospital and decided to visit for an extremely painful nose boil.Staff is ok, they helped get the doctor on time, even consultation was smooth,but, after visiting 5 pharmacies I did not get the meds prescribed. To my surprise ,the medicines were not present in the hospital pharmacy as well. When you charge 750 for consultation , higher than TMH which is quite reputed, you expect better.Finally ,in the evening multiple pharmacies later I got to know from the pharmacist that there was no antibiotic prescribed for a bacterial infection which had spread to my face. I finally consulted someone else, got the medicine which cured me. My experience was not good at all and I personally would not visit again.
